Stay Balanced UK
Balance is not something that can be found, it is something you create.
At Stay Balanced they have done just that – a dream that has become a calming oasis away from the hustle and bustle where you can create your own balance surrounded by nature, green living and an Alpaca or three!
Stay Balanced is described as the perfect place for dog friendly glamping & alpaca walking in South Wales where you can enjoy a tranquil woodland setting with all the luxuries of home.
Nil and Gav’s Big Move!
“We are Nilesh and Gavin, and in March 2021 we made the move from city dwellers to country gentlemen, with the animals and weekend labour to prove it. Like many, after the pandemic we were looking for ways we could make the most out of time here, live better and do better for our environment. We changed our home, our jobs and our lifestyle – a greener more sustainable life, for us to make our future.
As with any adventure you have to be ready for the twists and turns, after accumulating 2 dogs, 9 chickens and 5 ducks – Alpacas were the obvious next addition, right?
Faced with the challenge of how to manage the 4 acre small holding we had made our home, was where the idea of the Alpacas came into play – not part of our original plan, we quickly realised their calm, inquisitive and gentle nature would be the perfect addition to our new life – they would help bring the balance to our home.
It didn’t take us long to fall head over heels in love with our Alpacas and our new ‘life in the country’ so much so that is why Stay Balanced was born, our little slice of the good life is too good not to share.”
Alpacas!
Stay Balanced UK also offer Alpaca Experiences where you can meet their furry friends Dylan, Dewi and Ceri!
Introducing alpacas to a glamping site is a surefire way to elevate the guest experience, combining the charm of animal interaction with the allure of nature. These gentle and friendly creatures are rapidly gaining popularity in 2024 as they offer a unique, hands-on attraction that can set a glamping site apart from the rest. Alpacas are known for their calm demeanor and sociable nature, making them ideal companions for families and individuals looking for an interactive and educational experience. Guests can enjoy activities such as guided walks, feeding sessions, and even therapeutic interactions, which can be particularly appealing for those seeking a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Additionally, alpacas can enhance the visual appeal of a site, contributing to a picturesque and serene environment that can be heavily marketed on social media. By incorporating alpacas, glamping sites not only provide an unforgettable stay but also tap into a growing trend that resonates with nature lovers and animal enthusiasts alike, ensuring a memorable and distinctive experience for all visitors.
Why use shepherd huts on your glamping site?
The simple answer? You can earn up to 40K per hut, per year!
Shepherd huts are an excellent addition to any glamping site, blending rustic charm with modern comfort to create a unique and enticing getaway experience. Their compact design and efficient use of space make them ideal for remote locations, allowing glamping sites to maximize their scenic settings without compromising on amenities. Shepherd huts are also incredibly versatile, providing a perfect accommodation option all-year-round with their robust insulation and ability to house wood-burning stoves. This ensures a comfortable stay in all seasons, attracting a diverse range of visitors seeking adventure or tranquility in nature. By incorporating shepherd huts, glamping sites can differentiate themselves with a distinctive and memorable lodging option that appeals to both the eco-conscious traveler and those looking for a touch of countryside elegance.
